Nicole Scherer was born in 1990 in Zell am See in Austria. She studied cultural sciences and digital media and after her B.A., she worked at a film production company in Berlin, while attending the Kaskeline Film Academy, where she created her first short film "Soloquartier" in 2014. In 2015, she started working as a copywriter in an advertising agency in Berlin while studying graphic design. In fall 2015 she wrote her first horror short film "Dark Alp”, which was directed by her and screened at several film festivals all over the world. In spring 2018 she left the advertising agency and Berlin to go on a world tour, working as a freelance graphic designer and copywriter and gathering new inspiration.
